Honey Lime Melon Wedges

Directions

  1. Cut melon into wedges.
  2. Drizzle honey over melon.
  3. Squeeze juice from lime wedges over each slice and sprinkle with nutmeg.

I chunked the melon and served it with a bed of spinach. Everyone loved it.

ZWT3 Holy Cow this is great! Alright it's not that I don't like honeydew. I mean really it's a fine melon, but it has always paled in comparison to the cantaloupe. Although this recipe called for cantaloupe I figured I'd give our good friend the honeydew a chance to shine with a little help from some other fine ingredients. Did it ever! I don't think I'll ever eat honeydew any other way, and since I have all of the ingredients all the time, I think we'll be seeing a little bit more of that fine melon in our house!
