Figs are so fabulous that you will be falling for this simple recipe! Paired with creamy blue cheese and crackers, you're in for a treat! Adapted from Good Cooking by Jill Dupleix.
- Halve the figs, lay on a sheet of foil, and drizzle with the honey.
- Broil for about 5 minutes. Remove from th oven and place on plate.
- Serve with a creamy blue cheese and oat crackers. Enjoy!
So good and so easy! Found some fresh figs at the farmers' market and made this for lunch with some really good blue cheese and Kashi crackers. Yum! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
