Homemade Ice Magic

"This magic chocolate sauce sets to a hard shell once it is poured onto ice-cream. It's great for decorating ice-cream cakes, banana splits and sundaes. A little goes a long way and I find it hard to tell the difference between this and the store-bought version."

  • 375 g milk chocolate melts
  • 250 g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 12 cup vegetable oil

directions

  • Over a saucepan of boiling water, using a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolates melts. Make sure that the bowl is not touching the water underneath.
  • Whisk in butter and vegetable oil.
  • Keep in a clean jar!
