Very handy take along breakfast. Kids love this.
- Grease muffin cups.
- place buttered bread, torn into pieces into bottom of muffin cups.
- Crumble bacon on top and then break eggs on top of that.
- Bake in oven for about 15 min, or until eggs are set.
- Longer if you prefer harder eggs.
These are wonderful muffins! I didn't have bacon so I used Canadian bacon that I cut up. I would give this 5 stars, however, there is no oven temperature listed. I baked these at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and they were perfectly cooked.
