Homemade Cream Cordial

"Great for the holidays. I usually make this with Kahluah. Make sure to use only grade A, uncracked eggs."

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 1 quart

ingredients

• 1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
• 1 1⁄4 cups your favorite liqueur (coffee, orange, mint, etc.)
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 4 eggs

directions

1. In blender container, combine all ingredients; Blend until smooth.
2. Serve over ice.
3. Store tightly covered in refrigerator upt o one month. Stir before serving.
