I went out on a limb and tried this with soy milk. The milk did get nice and sweet, but did not thicken. I used it to make Healthful Homemade Coffee Creamer With Flavor Options! and it was great for that using vanilla and cinnamon. I'm going to use the raisins in some oatmeal with the rest of the creamer. Yum. Made for PAC(Pick a Chef) event March 2013.
