  1. This was really good, but for some reason took a little longer to make. It was also very creamy, which was really odd and nice at the same time, but it also tasted rich, too. I'm glad it's easy to make, though, because I enjoyed the whole process.

  2. I remember making homemade butter in my 5th grade class. All the kids took turns churning the butter. When it was done, we got to have a little butter on saltine crackers. I thought it was the most delicious butter I had ever tasted. This recipe reminded me of that butter except that it didn't get as firm. It was very easy to do and tasted smooth and creamy. It had the texture of soft whipped butter. I took a fourth of the butter and added brown sugar and cinnamon to use on my toast in the morning. I have enjoyed both types of butter very much. I hope they keep well in the refrigerator. Made for Dec 2010 Bargain Basement Tag.
