- Soak raw almonds in a bowl with enough water to cover. Leave in the fridge for 12 - 24 hours.
- Strain and rinse almonds, dispose of the soaking water.
- Put soaked almonds in a food processor with 3 c water. And process for 4 - 5 minutes Add stevia and vanilla ATMs pulse to mix.
- Strain out almond "pulp" using a cheese cloth or nut bag.
- Put in a glass jar and use within 4 dsys.

<p>Seems as though I have always cooked. Our parents both worked and I was charged with making dinner. I have 3 brothers who had rather large appetites while growing up. </p>
