  • Soak raw almonds in a bowl with enough water to cover. Leave in the fridge for 12 - 24 hours.
  • Strain and rinse almonds, dispose of the soaking water.
  • Put soaked almonds in a food processor with 3 c water. And process for 4 - 5 minutes Add stevia and vanilla ATMs pulse to mix.
  • Strain out almond "pulp" using a cheese cloth or nut bag.
  • Put in a glass jar and use within 4 dsys.
