Very Tasty, I have been looking for this for years. I finally found it in a Richard Simmons Never Say Diet Cookbook. I don't use butter because I have high cholesterol.
- 1⁄2 tablespoon margarine
- 1⁄2 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄8 cup powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Melt margarine in pan.
- Add flour and mix until smooth.
- Combine milks and add to flour slowly, stir constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
