  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (I used Optimum Nutrition in Birthday Cake flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • fat (for cooking, butter, ghee or oil of choice)

  • Combine all ingredients well with a whisk or fork. A blender or nutribullet can be used, but isn't necessary if mixed well.
  • Melt fat in a 6 inch frying pan over medium low heat.
  • Add 1/3 of the batter to the pan and swirl to coat evenly.
  • Flip when small bubbles form on surface and crepes slides easily around in pan.
  • Cook an additional minute or so.
  • Serve warm with butter or whipped cream.
