This came from one of those shows about fatties getting thin. I forget the name of it but I think it was broadcast sometime on 2005 in New Zealand by either TVNZ or TV3.

  1. Mix together all the nuts, seeds and cereals together in a bowl.
  2. Measure one 1.5 metric cups per serve serving into a breakfast bowl and serve with mixed berries and 1 - 2 tablespoons yogurt.
