From a woman's magazine sometime in the 80's.
- 2 lbs small red potatoes, cooked
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 cup prepared hidden valley ranch original ranch salad dressing, with bacon
- paprika or black pepper
- While warm, cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- Gently toss together potatoes, onions and salad dressing.
- Dust with paprika or pepper.
- Garnish with fresh chives.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
