A lovely snack, and very simple. Works well using any herb of choice.
- Toast one side of the bread.
- Brush the uncooked side with the olive oil and sprinkle over the herbs.
- Toast, cut into strips if preferred, and serve.
Simple but tasty...I cooked 3 peices all together and on the second and third pieces i used flavoured oils, garlic and a rosemary one. hmmmmm I loved the garlic one the best. Served it with your red pepper, tomato and onion soup. Delish!!
