A lovely snack, and very simple. Works well using any herb of choice.

Simple but tasty...I cooked 3 peices all together and on the second and third pieces i used flavoured oils, garlic and a rosemary one. hmmmmm I loved the garlic one the best. Served it with your red pepper, tomato and onion soup. Delish!!

  1. Toast one side of the bread.
  2. Brush the uncooked side with the olive oil and sprinkle over the herbs.
  3. Toast, cut into strips if preferred, and serve.
