"We love Chicken Oreganato, so I thought, why not hens!"

ingredients

• 2 baking hens
• olive oil
• kosher salt
• garlic pepper seasoning
• oregano

directions

1. Wash hens and pat dry.
2. Rub all over with the olive oil.
3. Sprinkle with salt, garlic pepper and oregano.
4. Cook in a 350 preheated oven for 1 hour.
5. If tops have not browned and crisped enough to your liking, turn heat up to 400 degrees for 10 minutes but watch carefully as it browns quickly.
