I like to eat. Often. So I don't like to eat heavily on a regular basis, and this makes a good lunch/snack thing. Don't write it off because of the rice cakes! They are amazingly good, and addictive.


  1. Top rice cakes with cottage cheese.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Eat as much as you want, it's healthy.
