I like to eat. Often. So I don't like to eat heavily on a regular basis, and this makes a good lunch/snack thing. Don't write it off because of the rice cakes! They are amazingly good, and addictive.
- Top rice cakes with cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Eat as much as you want, it's healthy.
