Heavenly Fruit Dip

• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons plain flour
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup whipping cream

directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
2. Stir constantly until smooth and thickened.
3. Let cool completely.
4. Fold in whipped cream and serve with fresh fruit.
