"this recipe came from a red star booklet. I have yet to try it but it sounds good. this is for a 1 1/2 lb loaf. prep time and cook time are approximate as machines differ."

ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
• 1 large egg
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1⁄2 cup soy flour
• 1 tablespoon wheat germ
• 1⁄2 cup non-fat powdered milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast (1 packet)

directions

1. place room temperature ingredients in pan in order listed.
2. select basic setting and medium crust.
