I don't like cottage cheese but I made this because I was looking for a breakfast option for Diabetic MIL and Heart Bypass FIL. They both found it to be rather plain. DS liked it on his bagel. Mixed up another batch using Recipe #7442 sweetened with Splenda and minus the liquor. While there were no raves both-in-laws liked it and agreed that it was nicer with the strawberry flavour went better with the cheese.
