Used two small bags Farkay noodles ( just past their prime--wanted to use them up) = 7 cups...added 2 cups plus 1 of salted peanuts (wanted them out of the freezer)...used 2.5 cups chocolate chips and 2.5 cups butterscotch chips...such a treat in August! We usually wait until Christmas for these little nuggets! So Great! Thank you!
This candy was quick and very easy to make. It had a nice flavor and interesting textures. I did have difficulty mixing the melted chocolate with the noodles and nuts. Next time, I make this I would add butter to the chocolate while melting to make it smoother and creamier. Thank you for sharing your recipe Made for Fall Pac 2011.
