ingredients
- 177.44 ml unsweetened pineapple juice
- 118.29 ml vegetable oil
- 78.78 ml soy sauce
- 59.14 ml lemon juice
- 59.14 ml molasses
- 4.92 ml ground ginger
directions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Use to baste chicken, pork, or lamb.

This recipe is great! Taste just like the one I had in Hawaii. I use it to brush on pineapple slices and place them on the grill while the meat is cooking. -

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch.
