  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cover baking sheets (may need 2) with aluminum foil.
  3. Peel and mash bananas in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in all other ingredients except oats.
  5. Add oats, one cup at a time.
  6. Using an ice cream scoop, place mixture on baking about an inch apart (they will not spread).
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
