I made this for the #NewTraDish Ragu Crowdtap Sampling. Used salad instead of pasta to make this dish "healthy".

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Brown meat and onion over medium-high heat in a skillet; drain.
  2. Add peppers, spaghetti sauce, and water; bring to boil.
  3. Stir in salad mix, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and cayenne. Cover and simmer about 8 minutes until it's hot and lettuce is wilted.
  4. Stir in cheese. Serve.
