  1. Great...easy idea! I added taco seasoning and used orzo noodles, because that is what I had. I also topped it off with some crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos...it was a nice addition!

  2. This was really tasty and super easy to make. I added the ground pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin and cilantro like some of the other reviewers and I also added some marjoram. I was out of tomatos and green peppers but I added some chopped spinach instead which was really good. Served with mexican style corn on the side. Yummy! I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

  3. Really easy and fast, a great weeknight meal. Very versitle. I added cumin, cayenne, chili powder, cilantro. Also added some sliced mushrooms. I was making it for two so I only wanted a half recipe. I winged it with the measurments and it came out great. I will make this again. thanks!

  4. This is a great one-dish meal for adults and kids alike. I will agree with the previous reviewer that it needs to be "seasoned up." I added cumin, cilantro, garlic, cayenne pepper and black pepper. I think a packet of taco seasoning would work as well. We all enjoyed it, and I will make this again with the extra seasonings. Thanx for sharing the recipe.

  5. I am actually giving this 3 3/4 stars. My husband really enjoyed it but we both like spicy food so I had to add a little chili powder to it for zing. I also used cumin, sea salt & cracked pepper to give it a bit more gusto. It is definitely a meal I will be serving again, just kicking up the flavor a bit.
