directions

 • Spray a foot long piece of foil with cooking spray.
 • Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.
 • Place in center of foil. Fold the foil over to form a packet. Be sure to leave plenty of empty space over the potatoes- this will create room for steam to do it's work.
 • Seal the edges tightly.
 • Preheat the bbq to medium high heat. Add the packets and cook for 15 minutes on one side.
 • Turn the packets over and cook for 10 more minutes.

 1. Great recipe! Loved the onion soup flavor. I added in a little sliced onion and jalapeño. Lots of cracked black pepper. Perfect side to the grilled hot Italian sandwiches posted here.

We own a small ranch located in Napa, California. We used to be considered odd because we grew most of our food and lived frugally. Now we are viewed as trendy- go figure!

Anyway, we raise chickens for meat and eggs, have tons of fruits and vegetables and do it all without using pesticides or chemicals.

We also cook almost everything we eat from scratch. It takes a lot longer, but ours is the house that everyone wants an invitation to dinner at.
