Green Onion Dressing

"I found this while looking through some raw foods recipes. It sounds like a great addition to a salad or a good dip for veggies."

• Yields: 1 cup

ingredients

• 3 green onions
• 2⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1⁄3 cup honey
• 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
• pepper, to taste
• salt, to taste
• cilantro (optional)

directions

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Store in an airtight container. Shake well before using.
