Grapes with Sour Cream and Brown Sugar

A very elegant looking dish from Martha Stewart Living (November 2001). I like to serve it with the grapes partially frozen.

Directions

  1. Wash grapes and remove from stems.
  2. Chill.
  3. Whisk sour cream in a small bowl.
  4. Place grapes in serving dishes.
  5. Spoon sour cream over grapes and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Delicious fresh fruit dessert! I made it using fresh sliced strawberries and grapes, both. I didn't have sour cream on hand, so I used plain low-fat yogurt as a substitute. Really refreshing and very easy to make!
