  3. A refreshing tasty smoothie! I enjoy trying new combinations and this was different for me with the pineapple and grapefruit. Very good!
     
  4. A great blend of flavours, quite tart but nice & refreshing. I used a full banana, about 100g yoghurt & about 3 dessert spoons pineapple and also added some ice. Nice one!
