Since I substitute Splenda for all or most of the sugar in cake and cookie recipes, if I use a glaze, I want it to really be something special. Most powdered sugar glazes are merely sweet, without enough depth to really taste good. This one is sooo much better!! Of course you can double or triple the recipe to suit your needs.

Excellent glaze for Recipe # 60242, and probably most any kind of cake dessert. I did find that the powdered sugar didn't dissolve until I heated the glaze in the microwave for about 20 seconds. But it was great! :)
