Good basic nachos at home.
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 ounces taco seasoning (pkg.)
- 28 ounces tortilla chips
- 32 ounces white cheese dip (Mexican restaurant style)
- Cook the ground beef in a pot until fully cooked; drain.
- Follow the directions on the taco seasoning and add to beef and cook.
- Meanwhile, in a pot, heat up the cheese.
- Simply serve by placing chips on a plate, add beef then cheese.
