Adopted from the food section of our local newspaper
- 12 ounces cappuccino-flavored yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened soymilk
- 2 cups coffee soy ice cream
- unsweetened cocoa powder (to garnish)
- ground cinnamon (to garnish)
- Place yogurt, milk and ice cream in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 chilled glasses.
- Sprinkle with cocoa and/or cinnamon.
