- 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat vanilla soymilk
- 1⁄4 cup Better 'n Peanut Butter spread
- 2 tablespoons dried dates, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 12 ice cubes
directions
- Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender container; process until smooth. Add ice cubes one at a time, blending until smooth.
