This is a fun and easy recipe that I make with my children. Of course, we have to double or triple the recipe since it doesn't make very many. It makes a nice little snack. I've had this recipe for several years and probably found it in a magazine but can't remember which one.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Spread peanut butter on 12 of the crackers.
  2. Top with the other 12 crackers.
  3. Melt the chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Dip the crackers in the melted chips.
  5. Place on wax paper to set.

This was wonderful! We had so many boxes of Ritz crackers at home and I was going crazy seeing so many of them today until I hopped onto this recipe. I made this in the evening and it was gone quickly! The only change I made was of using semisweet chocolate chips instead of buterscotch chips. Thank you for an easy snack!

Very good. I dont like butterscotch, so I used chocolate chips instead. Thanks for the recipe.

MMMMM! These were so good! I really love butterscotch. Made these as an afternoon snack. I refrigerated mine so they would "harden". Thanks!
