- 3 cups apple cider
- 1⁄2 cup coconut sugar
- fresh ginger (2 slices, 1/4 inch)
- 6 firm apples, peeled cored and quartered
- In slow cooker, combine apple cider, coconut sugar and ginger. Add apples and stir well.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Transfer to a serving dish and chill.
