This is an easy non-alcoholic beverage to make on a hot summer day.
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon liquid low-calorie sweetener
- 1⁄4 cup chopped mint leaf
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 quart ginger ale
- Combine water, sugar substitute, and mint in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Strain and cool.
- At serving time, add lemon and orange juices and ginger ale. Pour over finely crushed ice in tall glasses.
