There's nothing like ginger and honey and lemon to make a tea taste so good! I really enjoyed this tea, especially since I have a cold. Warming, and oh so soothing! Made for the Comfort Cafe-Jan. 2010.

  1. Combine the fresh ginger, water, honey, and lemon juice in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea into a mug.
