Pears on the grill, delish!
- Slice the pears into 'pear steaks' about 1/3 inch thick.
- Mix together honey, ginger and lemon juice.
- Pour glaze over pears.
- Grill pear steaks on each side for 2 minute
- Eat warm with dinner, or as a dessert over ice cream.
These pears were really good! The honey/ginger glaze was great and the smokiness of the grilling added an interesting dimension. I will probably cook them a little longer next time as they were a little crunchier than I thought they'd be. All in all a great grill idea that would go with so many things!
