  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, 1-inch thick
  • 3 tablespoons stir-fry sauce with garlic and ginger


  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place salmon, skin side down, on a broiler pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Brush with marinade.
  4. Broil 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
