Ginger and Garlic Glazed Salmon
- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, 1-inch thick
- 3 tablespoons stir-fry sauce with garlic and ginger
- Preheat broiler.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on a broiler pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Brush with marinade.
- Broil 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
