What a delicious, simple dish!! I can't believe no one has tried this before... TRY IT!! I was so surprised at how much I liked it. It looked like something hubby would like, so I made it for him, and I absolutely love it!! (Of course, so does he!) I can't wait to experiment with other flavors and fruits. Couldn't be simpler or more delicious. Thanks Tish!!! Dianne

I have to admit to being a fan of jello anyway, but wow! The Ginger Ale makes it taste so good. I made mine with 3 layer lime with pears, apricot with mandarin oranges, and Strawberry Kiwi with strawberries. It took a little extra time of course to do the layering but it was pretty and tasted great. The best thing about this recipe is it is so versatile. I will have fun trying new variations of this one. Thanks for a great idea Tish
