  1. Wonderful - refreshing on a hot day. I cut back on the oil a bit and served with toasted pita bread

  2. EXCELLENT recipe! Polly, tell your husband this was a great recipe for tabboulleh. I have a Lebanese friend who makes tabboulleh for me sometimes, but I've never made it myself. I used parsley from my garden and dried mint. Lots of lemon juice. I didn't really change anything...and I did serve it with the pliable parts of romaine lettuce leaves. Fantastic. I can't stop thinking about it...served with onions and lentils, also homemade hummus....mmm...maybe I'll go have some!! Thanks for posting!

  4. This is wonderful Tabbouleh. I have old friends from Bethlehem that would make tabbouleh for me all the time. I have been missing them as well as the tabbouleh. Now that I have found this recipe I can make it myself. It is so fresh and I cant put it down. I have to make a double batch because I will eat it three meals a day till its gone. I would rate it more if I could it is top notch and I thank you Ghassan for sharing bless you.

  5. I have a tabbouleh recipe that I usually prepare, but came across this one and decided to give it a try tonite. It was much easier than my usual one and tasted wonderful. I did add a bit of garlic and some chopped cucumber that I had out for the rest of dinner; a nice touch. We had this with Palestinian Chicken #123943, Lebanese Lentil/Rice Pilaf #78824, Labneh #88089, Hummus #22060 and Tzatziki #51983 and followed up with Harissah #78772. The dinner wouldn't have been complete without it, flavor or color-wise. Thanks so much for posting and giving me another wonderful tabbouleh recipe!
