  1. I have never made fiddlehead ferns before but was very pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture of them. Your recipe allows the ingredients to shine yet elevates it by adding garlic and butter. You can't go wrong. Thank you for sharing.

  2. This was my first attempt at fiddleheads - I'm not sure if I'm completely sold on them.... But, I loved how easy this recipe was and how flavourful the sauce was.

  3. Very tasty. This was the first time I made fiddleheads, so I made them as directed. Next time, I won't steam quite as long, and will saute for a little longer so the flavors blend more. But the flavors were excellent, thank you!

  4. This was really easy to make, and super tasty. The worst part of it was how expensive fiddleheads were this year. Time to hit the fields and bag some myself. I made this with a white wine and herbes de provence- marinated tempeh dish.

  5. A co-worker brought in some fiddleheads today and we gave this recipe a shot. Delicious! Something else to look forward to in the late spring.

I know that because they told me so... hehehe...I live in the eternal city of lights, Las Vegas, Nevada. I stopped working about 3 years ago when I had some personal situations requiring my attention. I do love pizza, especially cold for breakfast the next day.. Since I discovered Zaar, I now prepare a large family meal once a month and I enjoy saving recipes and passing them on to my daughter. Most of the dishes are from Recipezaar.. so thank you very much. I have a good housekeeping cookbook that's about 40 years old and I love it... I have recipes I have saved over the years and have posted some of them. My pet peeve???? hmmmm that would have to be rude or inconsiderate people. Another pet peeve is people who "tell it like it is".
