  • Peel cucumber and grate, squeeze between paper towels several time to remove excess moisture.
  • Place cucumber in a small bowl; stir in yogurt, sour cream, oil, dill, vinegar, garlic and salt.
  • Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Sprinkle with additional minced dill.
