This is so good spread on biscuits or your favorite bread before baking.
- 20 ounces grated romano cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- biscuits or Italian bread
- mix all ingredients, except the bread in a large bowl.
- Spread on bread or biscuits.
- Bake it or toast in toaster oven.
I scaled this down alot and spread on toast. Delicious! Thanks!
