Got this from 1998 Southern Living. Thought it sounded really nice and doesn't need ice cubes.
- 2 large bananas
- 6 ounces cans frozen apple-grape juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted.
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup soft tofu (optional)
- Slice bananas into 1 inch pieces, freeze on baking tins.
- Blend frozen bananas with all other ingredients until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- You may like to experiment with other fruits.
