A summertime treat for kids and BIG kids alike

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup juice, any fruit
  • 1 cup fruit, frozen, fresh, canned
  • 10 wooden sticks


  1. puree or part chunk the fruit. Mix with juice and partially freeze. Push in the sticks. Freeze solid and enjoy.
