A healthy smoothie that can be customized depending on what you have on hand.

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add less or more to get the consistency how you like.
  2. Usually when I make this, I just eyeball the ingredients and add more of something if needed after i've blended everything.

More a basic smoothie recipe than anything else, I did make one substitution in that I used mango nectar instead of water (although I suppose I could have been closer to what I left out by using mango flavored water)! Also used fat-free vanilla yogurt & several cups of a tropical blend of frozen fruit & had 2 nice-size smoothies out of all that! Those ingredients I used made for a refreshing cool drink!
