Found this on the Midori website - it's sooo good!
- 2 strawberries
- 1 ounce Midori melon liqueur
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 ounce sour mix
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries.
- Add ice, Midori, Malibu, pineapple juice and sour mix.
- Strain into a cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with a strawberry and a lemon twist, if desired.
This was totally delicious, and I have to say that one was just not enough. We also enjoyed the bits of midori/rum soaked strawberries after the drink was gone. This is one cocktail I will make often. Thanks for sharing your recipe with us, loof.
This is really good and goes down too easily! Made as is and loved it. Coconut rum is my favorite and I have been trying midori recipes and this is a keeper! Made for Photo Tag.
