- 1 cup prune
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dates
- 2 cups prune juice
directions
- Put everything in a pot on the stove bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer until liquid is absorbed.
- Put in blender or food processor and puree.
- Cool.
- Keep in sealed container in fridge.
- Use 2 tablespoons a day on muffins, toast, crackers etc, even alone is good.
