- 354.88 ml crushed graham crackers
- 59.14 ml packed brown sugar
- 88.74 ml melted butter
- 425.24 g can solid pack pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 9.85 ml cinnamon
- 212.62 g jar marshmallow creme
- 59.14 ml packed brown sugar
- 226.79 g container frozen whipped topping, thawed
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease or spray pie plate.
- Combine graham crackers, melted butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar, mix well.
- Press into bottom and sides of pie plate.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool (crust may be frozen at this point for later use).
- Combine pumpkin, cinnamon, marshmallow creme and brown sugar-mix until smooth.
- This is done easily with a mixer.
- Fold in thawed whipped topping.
- Spoon pumpkin mixture into crust and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- May garnish pie with additional whipped cream.

I live in Omaha NE and am an audiologist at Boys Town National Research Hospital. I love to cook, as does my husband Michael. In the summer, we have a large garden and try to use alot of fresh fruits/veggies in our cooking. We have a 5 year old daughter, Kate and almost 2 year old son Sam and enjoy introducing them to new foods. One of their favorites is fresh pesto smeared on crackers!
