Frozen Lemonade Pie

ingredients

• Graham Cracker Crust

• 473.18 ml graham cracker crumbs
• 59.14 ml sugar
• 103.53 ml butter, melted

• Lemonade filling

• 396.89 g can sweetened condensed milk, chilled
• 340.19 g container whipped topping, thawed
• 6 fluid ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, keep frozen
• 4.92 ml candied lemon peel

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and the melted butter.
3. Press firmly on bottom and up sides of pie plate.
4. Bake for 7 minutes and let cool completely.
5. In a medium bowl, add chilled sweetened condensed milk and cool whip and fold gently.
6. Add frozen lemonade and continue to gently fold. Do not let the mixture become soupy.
7. Pour mixture into the pie crust and freeze overnight.
8. Garnish with candied lemon peel.

Easy peasy and so delicious! I used ginger snap crumbs for the crust and real cream, whipped, unsweetened, rather than whipped topping. So cool!
